The staff were welcoming and kept the room clean. The air-conditioning didn’t work and it got uncomfortably hot.

Really liked this place! Rooms were decently sized for NYC and had cool stuff like a yoga mat. Shower was great with a rain head, plus we got a free drink at the bar. Elevator waits could be long sometimes, and we didn't have hot water on our last day, which was a bummer.
